ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES - Recruit 4.x Test

<br>Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 2016 Imports Release will be deployed in the 4.x Test environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
<br>
<br>Note: The release will be deployed in the 4.x Prod environment September 23, 2016
<br>
<br>Window: September 14, 2016 8:00 AM EDT – September 15, 2016 5:00 PM EDT
<br>
<br>Activity: Deploy Ellucian Recruit Release in the Test Environment.
<br>
<br>Impact: During the maintenance window the Test Environment will be available. There is no down time. Slow performance in the Test environment may be noticeable during the maintenance window.
<br>
<br>The 3.x environments will not receive this upgrade.
<br>

<br>
<br>The 2016 Import Macros will be emailed in a separate communication.
<br>
<br>The Client will be responsible for validating the Test environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment.

<br>Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
