<br>Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 4.5 Hotfix (CR-000142308) will be deployed in the 4.X Production environment September 18, 2016 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern. The hotfix unlocks the "Application Review" stage in the business process flow when a "Submitted" app is sent to ERP.

<br>This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
<br>
<br>Window: September 18, 2016 10 p.m. – 11 p.m. Eastern
<br>
<br>Activity: Deploy Ellucian Recruit hotfix in the 4.x production environment.
<br>
<br>Impact: None. The production environment will remain available during the maintenance window.
<br>The 3.9 environments will not receive this hotfix.
<br>
<br>Documentation: Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian HUB.
<br>
<br>Dependencies: None
<br>
<br>Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment.
<br>
<br>Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
<br>
