<br>Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 3.9 Release will be deployed in the Test environment October 6, 11 p.m. – October 14, 5 p.m. Eastern.
<br>
<br>This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
<br>
<br>Window: October 6, 11 p.m. – October 14, 2016 between 5 p.m. Eastern
<br>
<br> You will receive notifications from Ellucian's ticketing system when your window begins and ends.
<br>
<br>Activity: Deploy Ellucian Recruit Release in the Test Environment.
<br>
<br> A clone from PROD to Test will be performed. If you do not want the clone please, contact your Customer Success Manager.
<br>
<br>Impact: During the maintenance window the Test Environment will be unavailable during the time the upgrade is applied to your environment; approximately 4 hours or less.
<br>

<br>The Client will be responsible for validating the Test environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.
<br>
<br>Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
<br>
