<p class="MsoNormal"><b>IMPORTANT:</b> This notice is to inform you of the new date for the migration of your Recruit PROD environment to the new AWS Automated Environment.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>TIMING:</b> Thursday, March 2<sup>nd</sup> - starting after 8 PM Eastern – ending before 6 AM Eastern<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>IMPACT:</b> Your PROD Recruit environment will be taken offline after 8 PM Eastern and be offline for approximately 4 hours during the overnight period. The outage window continues until 6 AM Eastern. A maintenance notification page
will be posted on the Recruit Web Front End during the actual outage for your site.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>VALIDATION:</b> The Cloud team will be monitoring during the migration and validate the system for basic operation after the move and restore the system to online status when complete. You should run through your basic test plan to ensure
your system is fully functional at the earliest opportunity. If you do have issues, enter a high priority Action Line ticket with the words “<b>Recruit SaaS PROD Post-Move Issue</b> – [description of issue]” to ensure proper routing and priority.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>NOTICES:</b> In addition to this notice specifying the date of your migration, you will receive (3) additional notices:<o:p></o:p></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">The morning of your move, I will add you to the ‘watch list’ on the work ticket our cloud team will use for that evening’s work. This will cause the system to send out an email copy of that
work ticket. It will serve as a reminder that your move will be that evening.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">When our team starts the work that evening (around 8 PM eastern) they will change the ticket to ‘in progress’ and that will fire an email out to remind you the work is starting shortly.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">When our team completes the work sometime overnight, they will mark the ticket ‘complete’ and the system will send an email indicating the moves are complete and your system is back online.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
