<p class="MsoNormal"><b>IMPORTANT:</b> This notice is to inform you that we are delaying the migration of your Recruit PROD environment to the new AWS Automated Environment, previously scheduled for March 2<sup>nd</sup>. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The new date for will be <b>March 19<sup>th</sup></b>. Details are below.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>PURPOSE: </b><span style="color:black">The migration to the Development Operations Pipeline (i.e. “Modern Hosting”) in both DEV and PROD (Production) is part of our long-term strategy to enable full automation to all upgrades moving
forward. This approach enables the automation to occur using a series of scripts; thereby reducing downtime or manual effort during and throughout the upgrade process. The outcome is a more seamless upgrade process, resulting in minimal system downtime and
manual effort. </span>The migration<span style="color:black"> is a prerequisite for the upgrade to CRM Recruit 4.6.</span>
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We are delaying the previously scheduled migrations to improve the migration process and our upgrade scripts to ensure better outcomes for the migrations and upgrades to follow. The expected result is a better process with a smaller impact
to customers during and after the migration.<span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>TIMING:</b> Sunday March 19<sup>th</sup> - starting after 8 PM Eastern – ending before 6 AM Eastern<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>IMPACT:</b> Your PROD Recruit environment will be taken offline after 8 PM Eastern and be offline for approximately 4 hours during the overnight period. The outage window continues until 6 AM Eastern. A maintenance notification page
will be posted on the Recruit Web Front End during the actual outage for your site.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>VALIDATION:</b> The Cloud team will be monitoring during the migration and validate the system for basic operation after the move and restore the system to online status when complete. You should run through your basic test plan to ensure
your system is fully functional at the earliest opportunity. If you do have issues, enter a high priority Action Line ticket with the words “<b>Recruit SaaS PROD Post-Move Issue</b> –
<b>[description of issue]”</b> to ensure proper routing and priority.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>NOTICES:</b> In addition to this notice specifying the new date of your migration, you will receive (2) additional notices:<o:p></o:p></p>
