<br>DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
<br>This notice is to inform you about urgent proactive maintenance to the Ellucian CRM Recruit environments to take place this evening, Friday October 27th 2017, to both TEST and PROD environments.
<br>
<br>WINDOWS: The work will take approximately 30 minutes per platform as follows:
<br>TEST environments will be updated starting at 6:00 PM Eastern, concluding by 6:30 PM Eastern.
<br>PROD environments will be updated starting at 8:00 PM Eastern, concluding by 8:30 PM Eastern.
<br>
<br>IMPACT:
<br>There is no downtime expected during the window. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the entire window.
<br>
<br>ACTION REQUIRED:
<br>There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
