<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><b><u>WINDOW: RECRUIT 4.9 UPGRADE - SUNDAY DEC 10 @ 10PM – 8AM EST</u></b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt">The Recruit <b>4.9 UPGRADE</b> will be deployed to your TEST environment overnight on
<b>SUNDAY, DEC 10th, starting after 10PM</b> Eastern and concluding by 8 AM the following morning. Please note we have extended the TEST window from 10 PM EST until 8 AM from the previously announced 6 AM to provide more time for the cloud team to perform
the upgrades.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt">For your planning purposes, the <b>PROD UPGRADE WINDOW for US customers</b> is scheduled for overnight December 28th, starting after 10PM Eastern and concluding by 8AM the following morning. UK, Canadian and Middle
Eastern customers have a different PROD window and will be notified separately about their window.<o:p></o:p></p>
