A communication was released on Thursday, November 7, 2019 regarding the configuration of a new rely party trust within your SSO configurations for Ellucian CRM. For the upcoming upgrade to Ellucian CRM Recruit 6.0, Ellucian will also be upgrading from AD FS 3.0 to AD FS 4.0. This upgrade does not require any technology upgrades to be performed by any of our customers.</p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;"> </p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">In preparation for the upcoming upgrades, and to ensure your SSO is unimpeded, there are new federation metadata endpoints (listed below) that must be <span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; text-decoration: underline;">added</span> within your AD FS, Azure AD, or Ellucian Ethos Identity Service for your Non-Prod Ellucian CRM environment(s). The addition of the new federation metadata endpoint may also require you to configure the same claim rules that are currently used with your existing configurations. <span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;">As a part of this configuration, we request that you do not remove, update, or change any existing federation metadata endpoints as this will cause a disruption to your existing configured SSO. </span>Currently, this action is only needed for you Non-Prod Ellucian CRM environments and you will be notified when Prod is ready for configuration along with the URLs needed.</p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;"> </p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">For our customers who are using Azure AD, you must configure a new enterprise application using the data outline below.
