As a reminder, for the upcoming upgrade to Ellucian CRM Recruit 6.0, Ellucian will also be upgrading from AD FS 3.0 to AD FS 4.0. <span style="font-style: italic;">This upgrade is a technology upgrade for Ellucian and this does not require any technology upgrades to be performed by any of our customers however must configure a new metadata federation endpoint</span>.</p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;"> </p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">To prepare for the upcoming upgrade, and to ensure your SSO is unimpeded, there are new federation metadata endpoints (listed below) that must be <span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; text-decoration: underline;">added</span> within your AD FS, Azure AD, or Ellucian Ethos Identity Service for your Prod Ellucian CRM environment(s). The addition of the new federation metadata endpoint will also require you to configure the same claim rules that are currently used with your existing configurations. <span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; background: yellow;">As a part of this configuration, we request that you do not remove, update, or change any existing federation metadata endpoints as this will cause a disruption to your existing configured SSO. </span><span style="font-style: italic;">Customers who leverage multiple Ellucian CRM solutions only need to configure a single federation metadata endpoint for all of their Prod Ellucian CRM solutions.</span></p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;"> </p></div><div><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; background: yellow;">For our customers who are using Azure AD, you must configure a new enterprise application using the data outlined below</span><span style="font-weight: bold;">.</span> Once you have configured your enterprise application, you must share your new metadata xml URL with Ellucian by replying to this email with those details.
