The Ellucian CRM SaaS product lines are all built upon the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform which require updates to maintain compliance and quality.</span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Q4 upgrade for Prod will be constructed to execute a Microsoft Dynamics 365 update on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 for all regions worldwide. Then Ellucian CRM Recruit 6.2 upgrades will begin on December 2, 2020 as previously shared on <a href="https://ecommunities.ellucian.com/message/287009#287009" rel="nofollow">Communities</a>. As a result, you will have two downtime windows; one for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform update and one for the Ellucian Recruit SaaS Prod deployment. The reason for this method is to reduce downtime and improve estimated execution windows.</span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The update to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform does not require any customer UAT and it will not introduce any new features or functions. The update to Ellucian CRM however will follow the same behavior as any prior upgrade and customer UAT can be executed upon completion.</span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ellucian Recruit release schedules can be found within the links below.
