Maintenance Notification  ***SAAS CLIENT ACTION REQUIRED*** : Scheduled

Scheduled Start: Dec 18, 2015, 22:00 EST
Scheduled End: Dec 19, 2015, 02:00 EST

Please be advised that on December 18, 2015 10 p.m. to December 19, 2 a.m. (EST), Ellucian will be adding additional network address table (NAT) instances in the SaaS environment to accommodate future growth and expansion.

This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work. 

Window:	December 18, 2015 10 p.m. to December 19, 2 a.m. (EST)

Activity: 	Adding Additional NAT Instances

Impact:	Latency may be experienced during the maintenance window. 

Client Action:
                  The Client Network Team will need to expand current firewall rules to allow traffic from the 3 additional IPs listed:
                         52.0.60.9
                         52.5.110.249
                         54.165.61.168

                    NOTE:
                          Firewall rules must be updated to include 3 additional IPs for successful integrations to the ERP.
                          The firewall rule changes may be made in the Test and Production environments any time prior to or during the maintenance window.

Verify:	The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.  Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
