The Ellucian Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) has confirmed that the most recent alerts from CopperEgg are not valid. Servers and probe data may not display correctly through the web interface. 

CopperEgg support has been notified and currently investigating. The EOC will continue to monitor the situation and work with the vendor to resolve these issues. For up-to-date information, please visit the CopperEgg StatusPage at http://status.copperegg.com.
