Maintenance Notification
Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 HotFix will be installed in the PRODUCTION environment on June 26, 2015 10 p.m. and will conclude June 27, 2015 2 a.m. Eastern. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: June 26, 2015 10 p.m. – June 27, 2015 2 a.m. Eastern
Activity: Install Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 HotFix in the Production Environment.
Description: Recruiter 3.7.1 HotFix was released last week and has been installed in the Nonprod environment. The list of fixes appears below. Please validate these items are working in your environment, especially if you encountered the issues in the past.
• CR-000128157 ERP Integration: Admit Dates in Recruiter being overwritten with today's date when Confirmed/Enrollment dates get sent
• CR-000129325 Recruitment Path Confirmed and Enrolled Dates Cleared When Marking Application Complete
• CR-000129646 ERP Integration, Colleague: Recruiter response service times out after 2 minutes, does not honor web.config timeout
• CR-000129469 Prospect profile screen shows incorrect Withdrawn dates when servers are in different time zones
Impact: The production environment will remain available during the maintenance window.
Notification: The Cloud Services team will direct end-users to a Maintenance Page during the maintenance window.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
