Recruiter Application Notification: 3.7.1 Plugins : Investigating
ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Application Resolution – Recruiter Workflow Scheduler Jobs
Problem Statement: Jobs that kickoff through the workflow scheduler stopped working after the 3.7.1 upgrade. Details can be found in CR-000129277.
Cause: New plugins were delivered for a number of workflows and caused workflows and system jobs not to work as the system referenced the old plugins.
Resolution: The Cloud Services Team rebuilt the jobs in the Production environment to associate them with the 3.7.1 plugins. Custom workflows that may have been associated with an older plugin should be fixed.
If workflows are still producing errors and the error message states that it cannot find a plugin, either rebuild the workflow or associate the workflow with the 3.7.1 workflow.
