Maintenance Notification

Please be advised that Ellucian Recruiter  SAT/ACT Hotfix – Managed Solution will be deployed in the TEST environment on November 9, 2015 at 12 noon and will conclude November 9 11:59 p.m. Eastern. 

Note: The SAT/ACT Hotfix will be deployed in the Production environment on November 12, 2015. 

This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:	November 9, 2015 12 noon to November 9, 11:59 p.m. Eastern.

Activity: 	Apply SAT/ACT Hotfix – Managed Solution in the Test Environment

Impact:	Latency may be experienced in Test Environment during the maintenance window. 

Verify:	The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.  Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
