Maintenance Notification
 
Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruiter 3.8/3.8.1 Time Zone Hotfix will be applied in the Production environment on November 10, 2015 at 10 p.m. and will conclude November 10, 2015 11:59 p.m. Eastern. 
 
This Hotfix addresses a discrepancy in the Confirmed and Enrolled display date affecting non-Eastern time zone customers. 
Note: Data correction activities for existing records will be performed on November 15, 2015.
 
This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
 
Window: November 10, 2015 10 p.m. to November 10, 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
 
Activity: Deploy Hotfix
 
Impact: Latency may be experienced in Production Environment during the maintenance window. 
 
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
 
Customer Validation: 
Verify the correct Confirmed and Enrolled dates for new prospect records return from the ERP.
