Scheduled Start: Nov 12, 2015, 22:00 EST
Scheduled End: Nov 12, 2015, 23:00 EST

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES

Maintenance Notification

Please be advised that Ellucian Recruiter SaaS SAT/ACT Hotfix – Managed Solution will be applied in the Production environment on November 12, 2015 at 10 p.m. and will conclude November 12, 2015 11:00 p.m. Eastern. 

This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:	November 12, 2015 10 p.m. to November 12, 11:00 p.m. Eastern.

Activity: 	Deploy hotfix

Impact:	Latency may be experienced in Production Environment during the maintenance window. 

Verify:	The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.  Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.

Contact:	Contact the Action Line https://ellucian.okta.com/ if any issues are encountered after the hotfix is applied.
