Hi everyone, see below for details on a hotfix installed overnight for Recruiter in the TEST environment. The hotfix addresses a discrepancy in the Confirmed and Enrolled date display in Recruiter for clients not in the same time zone as the AWS servers.  If you are integrating to Banner or Colleague and bringing back enrolled date, you will want to test following the instructions below.

Our goal will be to push this into production Thursday November 5th if testing goes well.  There will be no downtime for the hotfix in Production.  Please let me know if you encounter any issues or have questions about this hotfix.

The hot fix will rectify an issue with the way the Confirmed and Enrolled date are displayed on the Silverlight screen. This is only happening to clients who are in a different timezone then the servers.   Currently when these dates come back to Recruiter they are showing 1 day prior to the admit dates.  I have included screen shots.

There will be no downtime for this fix to be put in place.

The clients will need to send a prospect to Banner/Colleague and have the information sent back to Recruiter to test this.
