Service Alert - Recruiter & Pilot Connectivity - Ellucian SaaS Global Issue : Identified


Production Recruiter connectivity has been restored. Ellucian asks that all clients and internal partners log in to test their connectivity. 

We continue to troubleshoot the issue in the Test Recruiter and Test & Production Pilot environments. The Cloud Services Team is engaged and is working to identify the cause and solution. We will keep you posted with hourly updates until the issue is resolved.
