Maintenance Notification – Recruit, Advise, and Advance
Please be advised that the Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) changes will be performed in the SaaS Production environment on April 21, 2016, 10 p.m. and will conclude on April 21, 2016 11:59 p.m. EST.
The changes made during the maintenance window will impact all eCRM SaaS clients and includes Recruit, Advise, and Advance.
Customers using ADFS for Single-Sign-On were sent information required to update firewall rules.
The work is being done to deliver a more stable deployment that isolates Development from Production and creates a more resilient deployment.
This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: April 21, 2016 10 p.m. to April 21, 2016 11:59 p.m. EST
Activity: Perform ADFS Maintenance
Impact: A short disruption of service (15 minutes or less) will occur in the Production environment during the maintenance window.
Client Action for Single-Sign-On (only): Prior to the maintenance window, confirm the following IPs in and out of port 443 if the firewall is restricting access and add the two new trusts outlined in a separate communication.

• 54.210.240.14
• 54.88.120.237
• 52.21.117.69
Client Validation for All Clients: Validate successful login to the Test Environment after the maintenance window completes.
If the login fails,
1. Validate URL does not contain "ADFS". If it does, type the true URL. Examples are: https://client.elluciancloud.com or https://client.ellucinarecruiter.com.
2. Clear browser cache.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
