Maintenance Notification – CRM Recruit SaaS – 4.x only – Test and Prod
Please be advised that system maintenance will take place in the AWS Recruit Test environment today (12/13) and Production environment tomorrow (12/14).
 
This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window:	TEST ORG: December 13, 2016 1 PM – December 13, 2016 4 PM  EDT
PROD ORG: December 14, 2016 8 PM – December 14, 2016 11 PM EDT
Activity: 	Perform configuration updates to Cascading Delete behavior to improve performance on opening and loading the online application forms in CRM Recruit.  Specifically, changing the way we clean up applicationDataTokens.
Impact:	None. The environments will remain available during the maintenance window.
Verify:	The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. We will be able to roll the environment back if any problems.
Please perform testing and validation of the fix by pulling up the application form(s) and confirm that there are no errors.  Please report errors immediately to your Customer Success Manager.
