Subject: Ellucian Upgrade 3.8.2

This is a reminder that Ellucian Recruiter PROD will be upgrading to 3.8.2 tonight 2/1/16. Please make sure to log out of the system before 4:45 p.m. on 2/1/16 and not to log in before 8:00 a.m. on 2/2/16 (I will send an email when the upgrade is complete). The upgrade should be happening at 5:00 p.m. today. If any students contact you with issues on the application or recruiter profile, please let them know that the system is down for maintenance, but should be back up shortly.
