Maintenance Notification
Ellucian Cloud's Internet Service Provider for the US East locations will be performing scheduled network maintenance. The vendor will be performing software and hardware upgrades for the purpose of future growth and demand.
Window: Saturday, February 13, 2016 2:00 AM – Saturday, February 13, 2016 5:00 AM Eastern
Activity: Vendor network software and hardware upgrades
Impact: No outage is expected; we can expect several periods of sub-optimal routing, latency and/or degraded services due to protocol convergence and periods of extreme convergence, due to router restart procedures. Ellucian Recruiter SaaS & Pilot SaaS customers using ADFS for Single Sign-On to access the console may also be impacted during the maintenance window.
Verify: The Cloud team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
