The Ellucian Cloud Operations team will be performing scheduled network maintenance for US East locations. This maintenance is necessary to update storage network switches supporting your Ellucian hosted environment.  

Window: Saturday, February 20, 2016 12:00 AM – Saturday, February 20, 2016 4:00 AM Eastern

Activity: Update storage network switches

Impact: No outage is expected; this is a medium risk maintenance

Verify: The Cloud team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
