Maintenance Notification
Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruiter 3.8.2 upgrade and the ExactTarget Winter 2014 Release will be installed in the Production environment the weekend of January 15, 2016 5 p.m. through January 18, 2016 8 a.m. EST.
These releases will be deployed for a subset of Recruiter SaaS customers. If you are uncertain of the upgrade schedule for your institution please contact your engagement manager.
This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: January 15, 2016 5 p.m. to January 18, 2016 8 a.m. EST
Activity: Deploy Recruiter 3.8.2 and ExactTarget Winter 2014 Release in the Production environment.
Impact: During the maintenance window, all customers may experience periods of slow performance.
The Production environment will be unavailable during the time the upgrade is installed in each Customer's environment.
• The impact window for each client production upgrade is estimated to be 4 hours or less;
• The system will be available before and after the impact window.
Client Action: The 3.8.2 Release notes can be found on the The Ellucian HUB
The client will be responsible for data clean-up that results from the post-install utility.
Notification: A notification will be sent from Ellucian's Service-now (SNOW) ticketing system when the impact window begins for your institution. A second email will be sent when the impact window ends for your institution.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
