Maintenance Notification – eCRM SaaS (Advise, Advance Recruit)
Please be advised that eCRM maintenance will take place in the TEST environment June 30, 2016 11 p.m. through July 1, 2016 1:00 a.m. EDT.
Note: eCRM maintenance will take place in the Production environment on Sunday, July 10, 2016 10:00 p.m. to midnight.
This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: June 30, 2016 11 p.m. to July 1, 2016 1:00 a.m. EDT
Activity: Perform standard system maintenance.
Impact: No downtime is expected.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience periods of slow performance.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
