Service Alert - Ellucian Recruiter SaaS Issue : Identified


The Cloud Team continues to troubleshoot the issue in the SaaS environment to rapidly restore service. 

This is a sporadic issue not affecting all customers and has been identified as related to login and authentication. New connections are refused but existing connections are not experiencing problems. 

Updates will be provided hourly until service is restored.
