Maintenance Notification

Please be advised that the storage device vendor that services Ellucian Cloud Hosting in the US East location will be performing scheduled maintenance on the SAN arrays on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 12:00 AM Eastern and will conclude on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 4:00 AM Eastern. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window: Saturday, March 12, 2016 12:00 AM – Saturday, March 12, 2016 4:00 AM Eastern

Activity: During this maintenance the vendor will be upgrading storage devices to the latest vendor approved and tested Operating System release

Impact: No impact to clients is expected; there is a medium risk of latency and service disruption to storage services.

Verify: The Cloud team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
