Maintenance Notification Recruit SaaS 3.9 Production deployment : Scheduled

Scheduled Start: Oct 10, 2016, 23:00 EDT
Scheduled End: Oct 12, 2016, 08:00 EDT

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES

Maintenance Notification Recruit SaaS 3.x 

Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 3.9 Release will be deployed in the production environment October 11, midnight to 8 a.m. and October 12, midnight to 8 a.m. Eastern.  

This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:	October 11, midnight to 8 a.m. and October 12, midnight to 8 a.m. Eastern
You will receive notifications from Ellucian's ticketing system when your window begins and ends.

Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if this time does not work for you.

Activity: 	Deploy Ellucian Recruit Release in the Production Environment.

Impact:	During the maintenance window the production environment will be unavailable during the time the upgrade is applied to your environment; approximately 4 hours or less.

Dependencies:	None 

Client Action:	The 2016 Import Macros are located at: https://ellucian.box.com/s/e4ecbnzpxc14oasf4t0lnua6y9k71j2t

The Client will be responsible for validating the Production environment following the         completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.

Verify:	The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
