Validated that the Bulk Email button was missing from each Organizations.
Applied the site map fix to each organizations
Validated that the Bulk email button was available and the sub menu was active

The deployment completed at 5:15 p.m. The Bulk Email Button is now available. Confirm you can access the Bulk Email Ribbon and get into all of the menus.
