Maintenance Notification - Recruit 4.X Environment
Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 4.5 Hotfix (CR-000142308) will be deployed in the 4.X Test environment September 15, 2016 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern. The hotfix unlocks the "Application Review" stage in the business process flow when a "Submitted" app is sent to ERP.
Note: The Recruit 4.5 Hotfix was deployed in the Test Environment for some customers who were reporting errors with Banner integration.
The 4.5 Hotfix will be deployed in the 4.X Production Environment on September 18, 2016 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern
This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: September 15, 2016 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Eastern
Activity: Deploy Ellucian Recruit hotfix in the 4.X production environment.
Impact: None. The production environment will remain available during the maintenance window.
The 3.9 environments will not receive this hotfix.
Documentation: Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian HUB.
Dependencies: None.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
