Maintenance Notification - Recruit 4.X Environment

Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 4.5 Hotfix (CR-000142308) will be deployed in the 4.X Production environment September 19, 2016 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern. The hotfix unlocks the "Application Review" stage in the business process flow when a "Submitted" app is sent to ERP. 

This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:	September 19, 2016 8 p.m. – 9 p.m. Eastern

Activity: 	Deploy Ellucian Recruit hotfix in the 4.x production environment.

Impact:	None. The production environment will remain available during the maintenance window.
The 3.9 environments will not receive this hotfix.

Documentation:  Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian HUB.

Dependencies:	None 

Client Action:	The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. 

Verify:	The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
