The Cloud Teams continue to troubleshoot the issue in the impacted Ellucian CRM Recruit SaaS environments to rapidly restore service. 

The Cloud Teams are re-running an installer. There is no firm estimate on when it will complete.

Updates will be provided hourly until service is restored.
