Maintenance Notification - Recruit 2016 August Imports Test : Scheduled
Scheduled Start: Sep 26, 2016, 08:00 EDT
Scheduled End: Sep 27, 2016, 17:00 EDT
ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 2016 Imports Release will be deployed in the 4.x Test environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Note: The release will be deployed in the 4.x Prod environment the week of October 3, 2016. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if the release is needed in Prod sooner than the planned date.
Window: September 26-27, 2016 8:00 AM EDT – 5:00 PM EDT
Activity: Deploy Ellucian Recruit Release in the Test environment.
Impact: There will be a short disruption of service in the Test environment during the maintenance window.
The 3.x environments will not receive this upgrade.

Client Action: The 2016 Import Macros are located at: https://ellucian.box.com/s/e4ecbnzpxc14oasf4t0lnua6y9k71j2t
The Client will be responsible for validating the Test environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
