Maintenance Notification Recruit Hotfix 4.6 Test : Scheduled

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 

Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit Facebook and Opportunities Hotfixes will be deployed in the 4.6 Test environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:	April 5, 2017

Activity: 	Deploy Ellucian Recruit Release in the Test environment.

Impact:	No downtime is required. 

Documentation:	Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian HUB.

•	CR-000147146 Summary: Opportunities may be associated with the incorrect Person record when Academic Program is optional – see workaround
•	CR-000147018 Summary: Facebook change in authentication method

Client Action:	None.

Verify:	The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
