Good morning - a couple of our observant Recruit users noticed a typo in the scheduling email sent last week.  This notice is to clarify/correct.

When your TEST update is scheduled, your TEST instance will be unavailable, not PROD as stated in the scheduling section (example below).  Likewise, when PROD is updated, PROD will be down, not TEST (that section was correct).

Thank you, apologies for any confusion that may have caused.  Your communicated dates have not changed.

Greetings - This notice is to inform you of the specific Dates and Times for the CRM Recruit 4.8 - 2017 Imports Update to your TEST and PROD SaaS environments.  The information about the upgrade windows are below.



NOTICE:  These are mandatory updates - customers cannot opt out.

Activity:  CRM Recruit 4.8 - 2017 Imports Update in TEST environment

Date:  YOUR COMMUNICATED DATE

Time:  YOUR COMMUNICATED TIME

Impact:  Your PROD TEST environment will be unavailable during the window.

Notifications:  We will send a maintenance reminder before your update.  When our team completes the work, we will send an email indicating the update is complete, back online, and ready for testing.  Test plans for your use in validating the environment after the update will be sent along with the completion notice.



Validation: Customers will be responsible for validating the environment following the update using the provided test plans. The scope of this update is limited and changes were made to these import processes only - Common Application, Apply Texas, GRE, TOEFL, ACT Enroll.  You only need test the ones you use - if not listed here there were no changes made to the process (e.g. SAT and ACT imports did not change this year).  If not using the above no testing is needed.
