Recruit SaaS 4.8.1 Update Scheduled for PROD

Greetings - This notice is to inform you of the specific Date and Time for the CRM Recruit 4.8.1 Update to your PROD SaaS environment.  The information about the upgrade window is below.



NOTICE:  This is a mandatory update - customers cannot opt out of this update.

Activity:  CRM Recruit 4.8.1 Update in PROD environment



Date:  Monday August 21st



Time Window:  10 PM - 6 AM Eastern



Impact:  Your PROD Environment will be unavailable during the window.

Notifications: When our team completes the work, we will send an email indicating the update is complete, back online, and ready for any testing you may want to perform. Since the footprint of the release is small and targeted, if you are not using any of the features updated (XCAS/UCAS) or have not been impacted by one of the other listed defects that were corrected, you need not test.



Validation: The cloud operations team will be monitoring the systems during and after the upgrade and performing smoke testing to validate the environments are operational before releasing them. We will notify you when the upgrade has been completed.
