DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned hotfix maintenance to the Ellucian CRM Recruit TEST environments this afternoon. 

The hotfix addresses several Critical CR's that were found in 4.9 testing.  Detailed Information about the issues is found here:

Recruit 4.9 WFE business required fields fail validation when not mapped with exact same name
CR-000153131 (https://ellucian.force.com/clients/a0x1M000005XXCD)
Recruit 4.9 error submitting application when academic history minimum is set to 1
CR-000153130 (https://ellucian.force.com/clients/a0x1M000005XXBZ)
Recruit 4.9 Error starting application when minimum required on HS academic history is 1 or greater 

 WINDOW:
The maintenance will begin at 3:00 PM Eastern and is expected to conclude by 4:00 PM Eastern.

IMPACT:
There is no downtime, and environments will be available during the Window.  However, it's advisable to refrain from making changes in the environment during the outage if possible.  Also there might be intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.

There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
