DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about a new schedule for the deployment of CRM Recruit 4.9 to the Ellucian SaaS PROD environments for US customers.    

Many of you are aware of the 3 severity 1 and 2 defects that were identified in the Recruit 4.9 release, impeding your efforts to complete testing in your test organizations. We have identified the root cause of these issues and are implementing resolutions to your SaaS test organizations this afternoon, December 15, 2018, as announced in a separate notice.

Due to the issues identified above and the timing of the holiday season we have decided to postpone the Production organization upgrades until January 15, 2018.  At Ellucian we value your time and your efforts to fully test your business processes with each new release. We have heard your feedback and made this decision not only to help your institutions maximize the User Experience Testing window, but also to have much deserved time with your families during the holiday season.

WINDOW:
The maintenance will begin on Monday January 15th starting at 10 PM Eastern and is expected to conclude before 8:00 AM Eastern the following morning.

IMPACTS:  Your PROD Environment will be taken offline to perform the upgrade during the window.  A maintenance page will be posted to alert any visitors to your site during the period. 

NEXT STEPS:  There is no action required at this time by Customers.    We will provide further information on next steps when your upgrade is completed.
