Updates for Ellucian Cloud TEST & PROD Environments
CRM Advance, Advise & Recruit - July 19 - 20, 2017
 
DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned maintenance in the Amazon Web Services environments which are home to the Ellucian CRM systems (CRM Advance, Advise, and Recruit). We will be performing maintenance on the database that provides authentication services for the CRM cloud on subsequent days in both TEST and PROD.

TEST WINDOW:  Wednesday July 19th - starting at 8 PM Eastern and concluding around 9 PM. 
PROD WINDOW:  Thursday July 20th - starting at 8 PM Eastern and concluding around 9 PM. 
 
IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected for either maintenance, however new authentication requests to Recruit, Advance, and Advise TEST instances will fail during the maintenance window.  Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
 
VERIFY: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
