CRM Advance, Advise & Recruit - June 28, 2017
 
DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned maintenance in the Amazon Web Services environments which are home to the Ellucian CRM PROD systems (Advance, Advise, and Recruit). We will be performing maintenance on the database that provides authentication services for the CRM cloud.  

WINDOW:  Wednesday June 28th - starting at 8 PM Eastern and concluding around 10 PM. 
 
IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected, however new authentication requests to Recruit, Advance, and Advise PROD instances will fail during the maintenance window.  Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
