Migration to new Ellucian Cloud AWS Environments
PROD Move Completed.



Good morning, this notice is to inform you that the previously announced migration of your Recruit PROD Org to our new Automated environment has been completed overnight and is back online for use.

When you have a chance, it's a good idea to do some general testing to make sure the environment is functional.  Please do so when able, we've attached some general Recruit test plans in case you need some guidance.  If you encounter any issues please  enter a high priority (level 2) Action Line ticket with the words "Recruit SaaS PROD Post-Move Issue - [description of issue]" to ensure proper routing and priority, and copy your Customer Success Manager with the Ticket Number.
