Information Bulletin - Recruit SaaS 4.6 Hotfix to be performed in TEST
Please be advised that a Hotfix is needed for Recruit SaaS 4.6 TEST instances to address the following reported issues:
*  CR-000146333 - when a prospect or agent attempted to submit an application from the WFE, they received an error.
*  Date Behavior - when an application is saved in the console the date was decremented upon each save. The final date value upon submission to the ERP was incorrect.
*  Lookup Behavior - when there are a large number of values in look up fields that filter based on previous information, the system performance significantly decreased.

NOTE:  These fixes have been built into the deployment scripts for PROD 4.6 so will not need a hotfix in Production.

Recruit SaaS 3.x Customers (not yet migrated to 4.6) are not affected and can disregard this message.

This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work for Recruit 4.6 SaaS customers.

Window:

Saturday March 26th - starting at 9 AM EDT

Activity:

Deploy CRM Recruit Hotfix to TEST Org Instances

Impact:

There is no interruption of service.  The TEST environments will remain available during the maintenance window.

Verify:

The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after the Hotfix to confirm all services are operating correctly. We will be able to roll the environment back if any problems.
