DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned maintenance in the Amazon Web Services environments which are home to the Ellucian CRM systems (Advance, Advise, and Recruit), starting on May 16 and continuing on May 17. We are starting the work after 8 PM Eastern and concluding around 10 PM each night during the window.
IMPACTS:
There is no downtime, we expect your environments will be available during the Window. However, there might be intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.
ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
