DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about an extension to planned maintenance this week in the Amazon Web Services environments which are home to the Ellucian CRM systems (Advance, Advise, and Recruit). For PRODUCTION CRM environments, we are extending the work to include tonight, May 18th, starting the work after 8 PM Eastern and concluding by 10 PM.
IMPACTS:
There is no downtime, we expect your environments will be available during the Window. However, there might be intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.
ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
