Maintenance Notification – US Customers for Ellucian CRM Recruit, Advise and Advance Development Environments : Scheduled

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 

Please be advised that system maintenance will take place today in the DEVELOPMENT environments for all US Customer for CRM Recruit, Advise and Advance Solutions from 1:00 - 4:00 pm US eastern today, May 24th.

This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work. 

Window: May 24th, 2017 1:00 - 4:00 pm US eastern 

Activity: Performing system maintenance.

Impact: None. The environments will remain available during the maintenance window. 

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. We will be able to roll the environment back if any problems. 

Please report errors immediately to your Customer Success Manager.
