DETAILS:
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM Recruit in the cloud we are announcing that beginning in October we will deliver maintenance releases to resolve critical Change Requests more quickly on a monthly cycle.  

These Monthly Maintenance Releases (MMR's) do not require institutional intervention to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released and all corrections occur outside of the solution management process. The production interruption for this update will be extremely minimal and will be communicated via the standard Cloud announcement channels. 

The first scheduled MMR be deployed to TEST environments on October 24th, followed by PROD environments on October 26th, 2017. At least 1 week prior to the deployment we will provide information on the defects that will be resolved so these can be shared with your Ellucian CRM Recruit users. 
 
Our plan is not to have an MMR during months when we are deploying a full release, as such the next MMR after October will be scheduled for January 2018.

DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned monthly maintenance to the Ellucian CRM Recruit environments.

WINDOW:  
Tuesday October 24th - starting at 9 AM Eastern and concluding around 6 AM Eastern the following morning.

IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected.  Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

NOTE: 
The October MMR for PRODUCTION is scheduled for overnight Thursday, October 26th
