Ellucian CRM Recruit 5.0 Reminder:  Communication Plan Provider Update : Scheduled

Scheduled Start: Mar 29, 2018, 19:30 EDT
Scheduled End: Mar 29, 2018, 19:45 EDT

As part of the Q'1 upgrade for Ellucian CRM Recruit, the URL for Communication Plan providers is changing.  Once the Recruit 5.0 upgrade is complete, you will need to replace 'CRM' with 'ts' (indicating Task Services) in the Ellucian CRM Recruit URL:

Current URL:    https://Client01CRM.elluciancrmrecruit.com
New URL:    https://Client01ts.elluciancrmrecruit.com
 
Once this update is made in your Communication Plan Vendor account (i.e.: Twillio, Sparkpost, SFMC), you will be able to send messages from your Ellucian CRM Recruit system.
