 We have checked with our overseeing and confirmed that this user account can be created.  The email address - graduateonline at semo.edu<mailto:graduateonline at semo.edu<mailto:graduateonline at semo.edu%3cmailto:graduateonline at semo.edu>> looks like a group distro. we won't accept this type of email address because we will be sharing password to the email only and it's confidential. So we need Amanda Webb email address to add the user.
