US PROD November 1st @ 8 PM EST  

DETAILS: 
As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize service, Ellucian needs to perform infrastructure maintenance. 

WINDOW: 
The maintenance will be performed on the infrastructure supporting US PROD systems on Thursday, November 1st starting at 8 PM Eastern and concluding at 10 PM Eastern. 

IMPACT: 
There is no downtime expected during this maintenance. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window. 

ACTION REQUIRED: 
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
